We started the project by going through our own treasure trove of contacts. This is our internally curated and per-vetted database of experts from around the globe, spanning over multiple industries. Our previous projects gave us the know-how, and this quick scan got us 20% of the needed participants right off the bat.

External Outreach and Screening

Next, we cast a wider net and started going through our external networks. Our team reached out to industry experts across various platforms and meticulously screened each respondent to ensure they checked out on all of the project requirements and our own standards. 

Continuous Client Collaboration

Throughout the process, we kept the client in the know. By using this multi-step strategy of recruiting experts, we managed to overcome scheduling hurdles and keep the response rates high. But with every tweak, it was important that the client was on board. 

Results & Impact

We finished up the project in just one week; that is half the time the client anticipated and had given us. They got what they needed: relevant insights into key purchasing behaviors and market trends in the EV battery sector. This proved to be highly effective.
